I do not accept insurance. I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. 

Individual therapy sessions are $200 for 50 minutes. I accept payment via credit card, HSA, or FSA. 

My practice focuses exclusively on individual therapy.

If you're looking for couples or family therapy, I'm happy to provide referrals to colleagues who specialize in that work.

Both. I see clients in person at my Jersey City office and also offer virtual sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

You can choose whichever format feels most comfortable for you, or do a combination of both depending on your needs and schedule.
