Together, we explore how past experiences continue to affect you in the present, and we work toward helping you make choices that feel more intentional and aligned with what matters to you.
Jackie also works closely with individuals navigating disordered eating, body image challenges, relationship and attachment patterns, and major life transitions.
In addition to her clinical training, she completed the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Philadelphia’s three-year post-graduate program in 2024 — further deepening her understanding of presence, awareness, and human connection in the healing process.
She earned her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University in 2020 and has since worked across multiple levels of care — from Intensive Outpatient Programs to Inpatient Psychiatric Units.
Her experience has shaped a compassionate, grounded approach to therapy, especially when supporting clients who have experienced complex trauma, childhood abuse or neglect, and sexual violence.
You want to understand the roots of your patterns and explore how your past experiences and early relationships continue to influence your present life. You're willing to commit to longer-term work because you know that real insight and change take time.
Our work together focuses on understanding, not just coping. We'll examine the patterns that repeat in your life and relationships, and explore how past experiences shape your current choices and sense of self. The goal is to help you develop genuine self-awareness so you can make decisions that feel intentional and aligned with your values.
This approach requires patience and commitment, but it creates the foundation for lasting change.
The intake session is an initial meeting where we get to know each other and explore your concerns, goals, and background to create a foundation for our work together.
Once we begin, weekly therapy offers a steady, supportive rhythm that allows us to build on each session and move toward meaningful progress.
